ERYONE ASA 1.75mm 1kg 3D Printing Filament: UV Resistant Superior to ABS Ideal For Hard Wearing Prints And Outdoor Prints
£18.95
ERYONE ASA (Acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) filament is a new material designed to give UV Resistant prints with similar strengths and quality to ABS. Providing superior heat and chemical resistance to ABS it's great for parts for used in outdoor, automotive and hostile environments. While easy to print and less prone to warping than ABS, care should be taken not to overcool the print for best results.
Quality is at the heart of ERYONE, Founded in 2018, Headquartered in Shenzhen, the heart of Chinese Electronics, ERYONE benefits from direct access to raw material suppliers and young talent.

FAQ:
Clogging: Clogging can occur due to an uneven wire diameter or a temperature that is too low. To reduce the likelihood of clogging, clean the nozzle before use and increase the temperature.
Stringing: Stringing can occur if the temperature is excessively high, the filament flow is too rapid, or the feed parameters are incorrectly set. Adjusting the temperature and speed settings appropriately can resolve these issues.
Over Extrusion: Excessive temperature, slow extrusion speed, or a mismatched nozzle diameter can lead to over-extrusion at the nozzle outlet, resulting in residual material.

FAQ:
Clogging: Clogging is caused by uneven wire diameter or too low a temperature. Clean the nozzle before use and raise the temperature to reduce the chance of clogging.
Stringing: If the temperature is too high, the flow of PLA is too fast, or the feed parameters are not set properly, wire stringing will be caused. Reducing the temperature and speed corrections will solve these issues.
Over Extrusion: Too high a temperature, too slow speed, or nozzle diameter in the section does not match will cause too much extruding at the nozzle outlet, and there will be residual material.
