Print flexible parts and models with this high quality TPU filament, ideal for wheels, belts, phone cases (maybe in conjunction with a harder shell in another material), cosplay costumes, bushes and more. Features: Thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is a high strength flexible filament, including elasticity, transparency, and resistance to oil, grease and abrasion. It's flexible, can be bent to 360 degree. Technically, they are thermoplastic elastomers consisting of linear segmented block copolymers composed of hard and soft segments. TPU can be easier to print with, with great layer-to-layer adhesion. Flexible material has many applications including automotive instrument panels, caster wheels, power tools, sporting goods, medical devices, drive belts, footwear, inflatable rafts, and a variety of extruded film, sheet and profile applications. TPU is also a popular material found in outer cases of mobile electronic devices, such as mobile phones. It is also used to make keyboard protectors for laptops. Specially formulated TPU 3D Printers Filament, Clog-Free, Bubble-Free, stable in performance/ Dimensional Accuracy and Consistency, +/- 0.05 mm tolerance and 1.75mm diameter without any exaggeration. It consistently provides optimum flow through the extruder nozzle. Most 1.75 mm-specification 3d printers in the market are configured to run with the TPU(flexible) 3D printing filaments. Suitable for printers such as; EasyThreed , Makerbot, UP, Luzbot, Leapfrog, Reprap, Ultimaker, Mendel, Prusa, Raise3D, Creality, Artillery, Geeetech, SUNLU etc..... Environmental Friendly . it complies with the Restriction of Hazardous Substance directive and are free from potentially hazardous substances. Specifications Diameter: 1.75mm Tolerance: +/- 0.05mm Hardness: 95A Density: 1.25±0.05g/cm3 Extruder Temperature: 190-230°C Printing Speed: 30-60mm/s Bed Temperature: 40°C Layer height: 0.1-0.4mm Printing tips Slow down the speed, 10-20mm/s Not suitable for printing models that are too high, because the higher the model, the upper portion of the model can move or sway Because the consumables themselves are flexible, the printer's filament feed and extruder design must support it. Printing temperature: 190-225°C The distance between the wire feeding gear and the nozzle should be short

Flashforge filament PLA 1.75 is suitable for teenagers and children to use at home or school, harmless to the human body. High precision: The wire diameter of Flashforge PLA filaments is strictly controlled, with deviation less than 0.05mm. Effectively improving 3D printing effects. Strong compatibility: Flashforge best PLA materials are applicable to mainstream FDM 3D printers on the market. Good fluidity after melting: Greatly reducing problems of nozzle plug High strength: Flashforge PLA filaments ensure high hardness of the printed models. Wear resistant and durable in use. Specifications: Filament Diameter: 1.75mm Tolerance: ± 0.05mm Print Temperature: 190-220°C Recommended Print Speed 60-90mm/s Produced mainly from Corn Starch, eco friendly material. Net Weight: 1kg (inc spool) Gross Weight: 1.3-1.4kg Tensile Strength: ≥60 MPa Elongation at Break: ≥3 % Flexural Strength: ≥60 MPa Flexural Modulus: ≥2500 MPa IZOD Impact Strength: ≥16 J/m Layer Thickness: 0.1-0.2 mm Heat Deflection Temperature: ≥55 °C FAQ: Clogging: Clogging is caused by uneven wire diameter or too low a temperature. Clean the nozzle before use and raise the temperature to reduce the chance of clogging. Stringing: If the temperature is too high, the flow of PLA is too fast, or the feed parameters are not set properly, wire stringing will be caused. Reducing the temperature and speed corrections will solve these issues. Over Extrusion: Too high a temperature, too slow speed, or nozzle diameter in the section does not match will cause too much extruding at the nozzle outlet, and there will be residual material.

P-Glass Filament is the latest in advances for 3D printers, using a mix of PolyCarbonate and PETG it can produce prints with a glass effect similar in strength to ABS prints. This is not your regular filament so please read the note below to ensure you have great results. The 'Glass Fibre' is a cloudy fiber in appearance but strong like the transparent options. Glass Fiber P-Glass Filament 1.75mm High Transparency, PC & PETG Composite 3D Printer Filament better than ABS. Features: The composite polymer material of PC and PETG imitates glass material; it has high transparency, good rigidity, toughness and strength; its transmittance is more than 92%, haze is 0.2%, and its optical performance is better than that of glass. . Color: Transparent Wire diameter: 1.75mm Net weight: 0.5 or 1kg / Gross weight: approx 1.4kg Printing temperature: 200-220°C Hot bed temperature: 60-100°C Printing thickness: 0.3mm/0.5mm thick shell, strong and rigid P-glass printing test experience: Temperature test: filament comparison at 170,180, 190, 200 and 210°C It is impossible to melt and extrude if below 170°C, from 170 to 190°C extrusion may come out white or cloudy or with a matt finish due to incomplete melting, similar to PLA transparent material extrusion. At 200 to 210°C, the filament is transparent, glossy and bright, and the transparency is similar to that of glass; Therefore, the printing range of 200-220°C is recommended. Printing difficulty: P-glass printing difficulty coefficient is higher than PLA, but it is still easy to print. The material itself has better rigidity, firmness and toughness than PLA. It can print thin shell objects, or single-layer appearance. Thin walls less than 1mm can also be printed, P-glass is very strong. However, when printing with P-glass, pay attention to the first few layers of the bottom contacting the platform. When the printer is leveling, the distance between the nozzle and the platform needs to be be well controlled, if the distance is too large, P-glass is may cool and curl on the platform, with potential for the nozzle to drag the filament away, resulting in unsuccessful printing of the previous layers. If the distance is too close to the platform when the nozzle is leveled, the front layers will lead to poor discharge when printing, the front layers will not be very flat when printing, the poor discharge will lead to more burrs at the bottom, the nozzle will absorb burrs when moving, and the longer printing time will accumulate more and more burrs on the nozzle wall, so it is necessary to peel off the filament from the nozzle wall in time Once the bottom layers are printed, it is similar to PLA to continue to print on the top layer. It is recommended to print objects with simple structure such as thin shell, water cup, lampshade, etc. and objects with regular direction in each layer. It is not recommended to print objects with complex structure such as: objects with many empty walks and nodes in each layer; the thicker the printing is, the less transparent the P-glass is, the thinner the layer the better for transparency, but test with smaller prints first.
