NSE Imports was formally established in April 2020, we started off selling on eBay in 2005 as a side hustle while working in the IT Industry. We are now a growing business, focusing on providing quality items rather than making a quick profit. Customer satisfaction is our main goal, your orders are treated as important to us no matter the value.
How we handle your payments:
All payments are taken through our secure payments services, we will never ask for your payment details. For your convenience we accept most major Credit and Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Shop Pay. In November 2021, we partnered with Klarna to offer deferred payment options.
How we handle your delivery:
All our goods are shipped with tracking and imports fees paid, we aim to be proactive with our deliveries, if they've missed you and we get a fail notice we'll reach out to let you know. Your privacy is important to us, in short we only see your name, address and contact details when you place an order. We only share this minimal information with our couriers to ensure safe delivery of your order. We do not share your information with unconnected 3rd parties or sell them to any form of marketing agency (like you we have more than enough already).
