Make sure your body is relaxed During measurement, the middle of the wrist cuff should be the same height with the heart. The body and your wrist cannot move. We recommend that you put a soft cushion under the elbow, as shown in the above picture. Make sure the wrist cuff is worn correctly and at the same height of your heart. During measurement, don’t talk, don't walk, don’t move your shoulder and arm, don’t bend your fingers.
