These handy adapters allow you to easily program various PLCC style chips with your IC programmer. Simply place your PLCC chip in the socket and place in the DIP socket on your reader as normal. As long as your programmer supports the chip or it's DIP equivalent you should find these work. Available as a full kit with a PLCC IC extractor, or buy just the adpater you need.

These are also ideal for dealing with chip shortages, if you cannot get a DIP package, find a PLCC version and use these adapters to use it in your existing design.
